- Helen A. Maginn 45-year Billerica resident, Sears retiree; 72 BILLERICA Helen A. (Burke) Maginn, age 72, wife of the late Robert W. Maginn, died Wednesday, at the Kindred Hospital Northeast in Waltham. She was born in Somerville, June 8, 1935, daughter of the late Alva and Mary (Legg) Burke and lived in Somerville for many years before moving to Billerica in 1963. Mrs. Maginn was employed by Sears in Burlington in the Human Resource Department having worked over 30 years, prior to her retirement. She is survived by her four daughters, Shirley Ambrose of Billerica, Robin Maginn of Damariscotta, Maine, Carol Viola of Shrewsbury, and Lisa Fitzgerald and her husband, Kevin of Billerica; her two brothers, Edward Burke of North Carolina, and Kenneth Burke of Georgia; and her sister, Mary Foster of Arizona. Also survived by 10 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. MAGINN Of Billerica, March 5, Helen A. (Burke) Maginn, wife of the late Robert W. Maginn. Funeral Saturday from the SWEENEY MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 66 Concord Rd., Billerica at 8 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Theresa Church at 9 a.m. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours will be held Friday from 3-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701.
