Born July 20, 1954, in Maryland, he was the son of Willard A. and Catherine Lucille Musgrove Simpson of Dayton. He was the husband of Cindy Simpson. He had been a brick mason. He had grown up in Dayton. Surviving, in addition to his parents and wife, are brothers Allen Simpson Jr. of Frankfort, Del., and Steven Simpson ofDelmar; and sister Carol Leigh Estep of Danville, Ind. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Haight Funeral Home and Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville. Interment will be in Linthicum Chapel Cemetery in Clarksville.
